Solution Builder

Solution Builder is a standard add-on for Exact Synergy Enterprise. It enables a very flexible and customized implementation, without having to invest in customized or branch-specific software. With this building block you can create new entities in Exact Synergy Enterprise. These entities can have unlimited numbers of fields, buttons and tabs.

The result is a 'cockpit' overview of your case-specific information all on one screen. From this screen, all relevant actions can be started such as workflows, the creation of documents and running of reports. So, with Solution Builder, you are able to create a customer-specific set up, and have Exact Synergy Enterprise tailored to your processes!

Solution Builder Features

• The ability to create multiple entity cards, with their own fields, buttons and tabs, within one Exact Synergy Environment.
• For each entity type create separate statuses or a follow up status to support the steps in your processes.
• Drag and drop functionality for adding fields on the entity card (text, image, date and time, memo, amount, number, reference, yes/no, list (dropdown) and trigger fields).
• Create drop-down fields with subsequent choices.
• Calculation functionality and entry validation on fields.
• The visibility and maintenance of fields can be managed by field.
• All fields in the entity card can be merged to MS Word with the optional add-on.*
• Add buttons to the entity card to start actions in Synergy, to access external websites or create MS Word documents.
• Linking of all contacts (internal and external), and capturing their involvement (role) to the file.
• Add tabs with direct insight into related requests, documents, contacts, employees, self-defined entities or 'child' entities, or self-defined reports (with the optional add-on*).
• Graphical overview to show the relationship between parent and child entities, up to 10 levels deep.
• View entity cards from the monitor section in the account, employee and item card.
